1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Tirth Yogeshkumar Solanki, operating as "Savra" ("we," "us"), a sole proprietorship registered in India.
By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
By using the App, you represent that you are 18+ and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If using on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
3.1 Account Types

3.2 Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete registration information
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected]
4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
4.1 Free Features
All users with a Free account have access to:
- QR code and OCR scanning of business cards
- Digital storage and organization of scanned cards
- Cloud sync across devices
- Basic contact management
- Search and filter functionality
4.2 Premium Features (Subscription Required)
Premium subscribers have access to all Free features plus:
- Reminders: Set follow-up reminders for contacts
- Notes: Add detailed notes and tags to your contacts
- Export: Export contacts to Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets
4.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability to you. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes to Premium features.
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
- Upload contact information obtained through illegal means, scraping, or bulk purchases
- Use scanned data for spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications
- Sell, rent, or commercially exploit data without authorization
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or reverse engineer the App
- Use bots, crawlers, or automated data-gathering tools
- Upload malicious code or interfere with App functionality
- Upload false, defamatory, or fraudulent information
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
6. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY DATA
When you scan or enter third-party contact information, you represent and warrant that:
- (a) You received the business card directly from the individual or their authorized representative
- (b) The individual shared their contact information for business/professional communication
- (c) You have a legitimate reason for storing this information
- (d) You will use the information only for lawful purposes
- (e) You will not upload data obtained through scraping, bulk purchases, or unauthorized means
- (f) You will comply with all applicable data protection laws including DPDP Act, 2023
You acknowledge that:
- You are the Data Controller for third-party data you upload
- Savra acts as Data Processor on your behalf
- You are solely responsible for lawful collection and use of such data
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify Savra against any claims arising from your unauthorized collection, use, or disclosure of third-party personal data.
7. DATA EXPORT TERMS
When you export data (Premium feature):
- You become solely responsible for the security and lawful use of exported data
- Savra is not responsible for exported data once it leaves our systems
- You agree not to use exported data for spam or unsolicited communications
- You must comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling exported data
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
8.1 Premium Subscription Pricing

8.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
- Payment processed via Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to change with 30 days notice
8.3 Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel your subscription:
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Savra > Cancel
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Savra > Cancel
8.4 Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. Generally, no refunds are provided for partial subscription periods or unused time.
9. DISCLAIMERS
We specifically disclaim warranties regarding:
- OCR Accuracy: OCR technology may not be 100% accurate. Always verify scanned information.
- Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for integrated third-party services (Google Sheets, etc.).
- Data Loss: While we implement backups, we cannot guarantee against data loss.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- No liability for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
- Total liability capped at: Amount paid by you in the last 12 months OR ₹5,000, whichever is greater
Exceptions: These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savra from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: your use of the App; violation of these Terms; violation of any law; infringement of third-party rights; unauthorized handling of third-party data; and any content you upload.
12. TERMINATION
12.1 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time via the App (Settings > Account > Delete Account) or by emailing [email protected].
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for: breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination: Your access will be disabled, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy, and no refunds will be provided for paid subscription periods (unless required by law). The following provisions survive termination: Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.
13.2 Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of arbitration: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Language: English. Number of arbitrators: One. The arbitrators decision is final and binding.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with Savra on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Savra.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification, email, or by updating the "Last Modified" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, please stop using the App.
