This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the terms for subscription cancellation and refunds for Savra's paid services. This policy applies to all Premium subscriptions purchased through the Savra mobile application.
1. ACCOUNT TYPES AND FEATURES
1.1 Cardholder Free Account
The Cardholder Free account is available at no cost and includes the following features:

Free accounts do not require payment and are not subject to refund terms. You may delete your free account at any time through the App settings without any charges.
1.2 Premium Account (Subscription)
The Premium account includes all Free features plus additional premium features:

2. SUBSCRIPTION PRICING
Savra offers the following Premium subscription plans:

Note: Prices may vary. Current pricing is always displayed in the App before purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. AUTO-RENEWAL
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You will be charged the then-current subscription price at renewal
- Renewal charges will be billed to the same payment method used for the original purchase
- We do not send reminders before each renewal - it is your responsibility to manage your subscription
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your device's app store settings
4. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
4.1 For Android Users (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- Go to "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
- Find and select "Savra"
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation
4.2 For iOS Users (Apple App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name/Apple ID at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find and select "Savra"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
5. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
When you cancel your Premium subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to Premium features until that date
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Cardholder Free tier
- Your data will be retained (you keep access to Free features)
- Premium features (Reminder, Comment, Notes, Excel Export) will become inaccessible
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining portion of your billing period.
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 General Refund Policy
We do NOT provide refunds for:
- Partial subscription periods (pro-rated refunds)
- Unused subscription time after cancellation
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with features (we recommend trying the Free tier first)
- Price reductions that occur after your purchase
6.2 Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

6.3 How to Request a Refund
Most refunds must be requested through the app store where you made the purchase:
Google Play Refund Request:
- Visit: play.google.com/store/account
- Click "Order History" and find the Savra subscription order
- Click "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
Apple App Store Refund Request:
- Visit: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the Savra purchase and follow the refund process
Contacting Savra Directly:
If the app stores cannot resolve your issue, contact us at billings@savraa.in with:
- Your registered email address
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Detailed reason for refund request
We will respond to refund inquiries within 7 business days.
6.4 Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Google Play: Typically 3-5 business days
- Apple App Store: Typically 5-10 business days
- Actual processing time may vary based on your payment method and bank
7. PRICE CHANGES
- We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice
- Price changes will apply at your next renewal date
- If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before renewal
- Current subscribers will be notified via email and/or in-app notification
8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service:
- No refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period
- Your subscription will end immediately upon termination
If we discontinue the Savra service entirely:
- We will provide reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days)
- Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
9. CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable consumer protection laws in India. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, the respective terms of Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
